About Eagle Rank
Eagle Rank is the highest award that can be given to a Boy Scout. It means you have went through a lengthy process of hard work, service, and determination to reach the end goal. You have learned invaluable leadership skills and how to follow the Scout Oath and Law in your daily life. Congratulations, you have finally reached the end of your boy scout journey but the skills you have learned will assist you for the rest of your life.
Advancement Process
Scoutmaster's conference (SMC)
You will present yourself to Assistant Scoutmasters and/or the Scoutmaster and talk about what you have accomplished in your current rank. Show how much you have grown and what lessons you learned.
Board of Review (BOR)
You will present yourself to non-ASM parents. You will discuss about how much you have matured, how much you enjoy scouting, and how scouting has positively affected your life.
Court of honor (COH)
You have successfully completed all the requirements. You will claim your rank patch and other awards at COH. Congratulations, you are one step closer to Eagle.
